2 vehicles totaled, hotel damaged after an overnight fire

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Fire investigators are working to determine the cause of a two-vehicle fire that damaged a Lincoln hotel overnight.

Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded to a fire at Microtel Inn and Suites near 25th and Fairfield around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday.

The vehicles were just a few feet from the building and the fire burned some of the hotel's siding.

The inspector told 1011 the vehicles are totaled and the building sustained $3,000 to 5,000 in damage.

Total damage is estimated at around $10,000.
