Five arrested after search warrant turns up meth, mushrooms

LINCOLN, Neb. – Investigators arrested five people after a search warrant turned up meth, codeine, and psilocybin mushrooms.

Lincoln Police said on Tuesday around 10 p.m., the Lincoln Lancaster County Task Force served a search warrant in the 200 Block of Dawes Avenue.

Inside the home, police found 5.7 grams of suspected meth, 2 codeine tablets, 5.9 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, and other drug paraphernalia.

The following people were cited and lodged:

Gerald T. Thomas, 52: Manufacture with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance

James L. Anderson, 63: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Kassandra M. Abel, 23: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Cassandra J. Gomez, 28: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Gustavo Cerrato, 27: Possession of a Controlled Substance
