Flooding forces town of Sargent to declare emergency

The Sargent, Nebraska, city clerk says she have never seen flooding like what her Custer County town is experiencing now. Glenda Horky says Sargent is now under a state of emergency because of their flooded streets. Horky is asking people to stay off the streets.

She says Wednesday's flooding is even worse than what the town experiences in 2010.
