LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A hearing scheduled to take place Tuesday for the Diocese of Lincoln, the Archdiocese of Omaha and the Nebraska attorney general has been postponed to a later date.
Last month, the attorney general issued hundreds of subpoenas. Of the 400 subpoenas, 150 were given to the Lincoln Diocese.
The Diocese of Lincoln and Archdiocese of Omaha responded by filing a complaint against the attorney general.
The hearing was set for 11 a.m. but was cancelled on Tuesday morning.
