LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Police said a family dog may have prevented a burglary from happening at a home on north 30th Street.

It happened around 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said an underage person was home alone when he saw a man walk inside the house.

The suspect apparently had his face covered.
