Lincoln, NE -- Lincoln Police are searching for a man who reportedly assaulted a teenage girl outside Russ's Market on Tuesday.

LPD said on Sept. 11 around 11 p.m., a 15-year-old female was at Russ's Market at 1709 Washington Street with her father.

The girl was waiting outside, police said, when she was approached by an unknown man.

The victim reported the man put one arm around her shoulder and used his other hand to grab her between the legs.

The girl yelled and hit the man, causing him to run away. He was described as an Asian male in his 40's, 5-feet 3-inches tall, slim build, dark hair, speaking "broken English".

Police said a similar incident also took place on Sept. 8 in the 1600 Block of S 20th Street.

LPD said a 25-year-old woman reported a man approached her speaking a language she could not understand.

She believed the man wanted a cigarette, police said, but he grabbed her thigh, near her groin, before running way.
