First responders were called to the scene of the single-vehicle crash, near NW 40th and W Mill Road, around 8:20 p.m. Monday.
According to the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office, seven people were in the vehicle.
The preliminary investigation revealed 16-year-old Matthew Matveyuk, of Velikiye Luki, Russia, was driving a humvee when he lost control on a gravel road and the vehicle rolled into a ditch.
Investigators said only the driver and the front-seat passenger were restrained. All five people in the backseat of the vehicle were unrestrained and ejected.

Ella Kosinskaya, 8, sustained a shoulder injury. Ella was treated at the hospital and released.
Timothy Matveyuk, 5, sustained trauma and is in critical, but stable, condition at Bryan West.

Jonathan Matveyuk, 20, had minor injuries and refused medical treatment.
Sheriff Terry Wagner said Timothy, Simone, Angelina, Matthew, and Jonathan are all siblings.
The investigation has revealed the crash may have been caused by the driver's inexperience on gravel roads.
