A 21-year-old was arrested after biting an officer in Lincoln on Friday.
Lincoln Police said around 7:15 p.m., Jamel Hudson, 21, was contacted by officers at the People’s City Mission after refusing to leave.
Hudson, who had previously been banned from the People’s City Mission for fighting, was refusing to leave.
After a lengthy conversation urging Hudson to leave, the officer attempted to place him under arrest. Hudson struggled, and bit the officer’s forearm, latching down and causing an open wound.
Hudson was arrested for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.
