SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) Following accusations of domestic assault and strangulation in October, a Scottsbluff man is finally behind bars.
Police arrived to the reported scene of a domestic assault in Scottsbluff on Oct. 14th of this year.
Reports from that night state that a woman claimed to have been assaulted and strangled by Darrius Davis while their sleeping child lay in the next room.
Davis evaded police for over a month. A warrant was issued for his arrest on October 23rd, and he was finally apprehended on the morning of December 6th.
A bond has not been set for Davis at this time.
