We asked registered dietitian Amber Pankonin how you can incorporate soy, a healthy source of protein, into your everyday meals.
Pankonin says soy has some surprising health benefits.
Amber Pankonin said,"So as a registered dietitian the reason why I appreciate soy foods is because they are high in protein, they are heart healthy and they are extremely filling. Plus, you can use them in a variety of dishes and a variety of products."
Pankonin gave us some recipes for delicious side dishes made with soy and you can pair those recipes with spring and summer entrees during grilling season.
