Farmers and ranchers have been concerned in recent months about what's known as the Waters of the U.S. rule. While the EPA said the plan would help with water pollution, farmers and ranchers worried that the plan would lead to huge regulations on farm and pasture land. In this interview, we hear from Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts and EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt on why the EPA decided to roll back the WOTUS rule.
