Man cited for calling in bomb threat at North 27th Street Walmart

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A 47-year-old man was cited for calling in a bomb threat to a Lincoln Walmart on Thursday.

Police said the man was ticketed for terroristic threats after an investigation determined he called and said there was a bomb in the bathroom.

The incident was reported to police around 9:45 a.m. at the Walmart at 27th and Superior streets.

About an hour later, customers and employees were allowed back into the store.
