Man fined for hiding under a vehicle, touching woman's foot

A Lincoln man who was arrested for disturbing the peace back in June pleaded no contest in court on Friday.
21-year-old Jesse Johnson was cited for hiding under cars and grabbing peoples ankles, and records shows police cited Johnson at least four times.
Friday morning he was in county court to plead no contest.
He will pay a $150 fine and will have two years of probation. He is also ordered to obtain psychological evaluation and complete all recommended treatment.

The Lincoln Police Department has arrested and cited a man for Disturbing the Peace after he hid under a vehicle and grabbed a woman's ankle in an Aldi parking lot.
Police records show this is the third time since March, 2016, and the fourth time since June, 2015, that Jesse Johnson, 20, has been cited for similar behavior.
The most recent incident happened Tuesday around 7:30 p.m. at the Aldi's on 83rd and O Street. Police said Johnson hid under the victim's vehicle and grabbed her ankle.
Records show Johnson was cited for a similar incident on June 16 at Lincoln Family Medical Group on 74th and O St. Police said he startled a woman near her vehicle in the parking lot.
Johnson was also arrested in March for hiding under a truck and touching a woman's foot in a Lincoln Walmart parking lot. LPD said Johnson hid under the victim's truck to satisfy his fascination with women's feet.
A fourth incident occurred June 20, 2015, at TJ Maxx. He was found guilty of Disturbing the Peace and fined $150.00
