LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Sebastian's Table is already expanding its restaurant after opening it's doors at its Glynoaks location less than six months ago.
Sebastian's Table opened at Glynoaks in December and the assistant manager says business has been booming since then and the expansion is necessary to accommodate the high demand at this location.
He says they've been working on the expansion for four months and expect to have it completed sometime in May or at the beginning of June.
The new area will still be at Glynaoks, next to its attached bar Eleanora.
The space will have a focus on hosting large parties or events, like cigar nights and wine nights.
It will come with its own bar and will serve Sebastian's Table food.
"We realized we actually don't have enough seating for people,
reservations are normally booked about four or five days in advance, so in order to accommodate some of that, we want to give room to the larger parties and just have a better space to offer walk in seating as well for weekends,” said Assistant Manager, Jacob Ignagni.
The restaurant used to be located in Downtown Lincoln and re-opened in December at the Glynoaks location.
The assistant manager says it has been a fitting space for what they wanted to do.
Sebastian's Table says its excited to serve even more people in the next few months and wants to thank the community for coming out and supporting their restaurant at its newer location.
