Three arrested on drug charges after meth, guns found in home

LINCOLN, Neb. – Lincoln Police arrested three people on a number of drug and gun-related charges while searching for a 19-year-old with a felony warrant.

On Nov. 30, Lincoln Police said they were searching for 19-year-old Jeffree Stahl when they located him at a home in 3900 Block of Madison Avenue.

Inside the home with Stahl was Christian Lopez, 22, and investigators noticed guns and drug paraphernalia while making contact, according to LPD.

A search warrant was obtained, and 15 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a stolen gun, a gun with a defaced serial number, and a sawed-off shotgun were all located.

Stahl was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, and for his outstanding warrant. Lopez was arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession of a defaced firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a short shotgun, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

A third person, Charles Else, 60, was also in the home. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
