The Salvation Army of Lincoln held its annual tree lighting at their center near 27th and Holdrege on Friday night, kicking of the Tree of Lights Campaign.
An intergenerational art collaboration took place this past month between Lincoln Northeast high schoolers and the seniors living at the Eastmont retirement community.
