A vehicle fire on Interstate 80 caused traffic to back up Thursday morning.
First responders were called to the fire at mile marker 413 near Waverly around 4:30 a.m.
Nebraska 511 tweeted that I-80 westbound at MM420 was closed due to a semi fire, but both lanes have now been reopened.
According to authorities, a driver from Western Nebraska was pulling a trailer when he noticed a problem with the rear trailer wheel.
He then noticed the fire and disconnected the trailer.
The fire was put out and no injuries have been reported.
