Warning for parents about JUUL Devices

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) -- The Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department is warning parents about e-cigarettes, specifically JUUL Devices, making their way into the hands of teens.

To educate adults on what e-cigarettes are, and the concerns around them, the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department has put together a video for LNKTV Health's Shape of the City.
