LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - As the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County continue to deal with flooding, officials want to make sure residents have the correct contacts when needed.

Always dial 9-1-1 to receive emergency help, including if you are stranded in a flooded area.

To report non-emergency issues, including abandoned cars . . .
