Summer Blueberry Crockpot Bake


6 c. of Blueberries
½ c. Brown Sugar
1 TBSP. Cinnamon
2 TBSP. Corn Starch
1 can of biscuits
1 gallon of ice cream (vanilla)


Mix the first four ingredients together and dump in the bottom of the crock pot. Add biscuits on top. Cook on high 2 ½ to 3 hours. Serve. Can also be served with a side of ice cream.
