Cranberry Chicken


1 (14 oz.) can Hy-Vee whole cranberry sauce
1 (1 oz.) packet Hy-Vee onion soup and dip mix
½ bottle Lite Western dressing
4 chicken breasts
brown rice


1) Mix cranberry sauce, soup mix and dressing in a medium bowl. Place chicken in 9x13 pan. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil.
2) Bake at 350 degrees until chicken reaches 165 degrees internal temperature (about 30 minutes).
3) Cook rice per package instructions.
4) Place chicken over rice and top with sauce as desired.
