The Nebraska baseball team began fall practice on Thursday. The Huskers will work out for the next month leading up to the annual Red vs. White series. In addition, Nebraska will host a pair of exhibition games for the first time.

A new NCAA rule allows teams to play scrimmages during the fall season. Nebraska will play Wichita State on September 22nd and Kansas on October 6th. Both games will be held at Hawks Field.
