LINCOLN, Neb. When the Lincoln Southwest baseball team takes the field, there's a freshman not too far behind.
With his hat to the side and glove in hand, Brady is a team manager and is part of the team.

Brady, who's a Lincoln Southwest freshman, "Helping them, cheering them on for some good plays. Like good runs, good home runs."
With baseball being one of his favorite sports, he tried out and found himself on the Silver Hawks squad.
Senior pitcher Ryan Jungers says, "He helps with all of drills during practice and he makes sure that everything is running smoothly."

Cameron Fox, a senior infielder adds, "He's everything that you want your player or teammate to be. He may not be the star player or going out there and making crazy plays but you come in the dugout, he's going to be the first one to give you a high five."

Southwest is off to a solid start to the season posting a 13-5 record.
