LINCOLN, Neb. — It appears the Nebraska men's basketball team's leading scorer is coming back for his senior season.

James Palmer Jr. will withdraw from the NBA Draft and return for his senior season.

The Nebraska men's basketball Twitter account tweeted out "He’s baaaaack," with a short clip of Palmer.

Palmer declared for the NBA Draft after the season, but never hired an agent, allowing him to come back for his senior year.

The 6'6" guard averaged 17.2 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game and was fifth in the Big Ten in scoring last season.

The university has not officially confirmed the news.
