The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) this evening issued a health advisory for sensitive populations because of smoke from agricultural and prescribed burning.
On Sunday, DHHS’ Epidemiology and YRTC-Kearney staff along with Two Rivers Health Department and the Nebraska National Guard, setup on-site testing for all of YRTC-K residents and staff. After one teammate, who did not return to work after becoming symptomatic, tested positive, a contact investigation commenced. A second teammate was identified as a result of the initial contact investigation.

The restaurants owned by the Ground Up Restaurants are temporarily closing, effective Monday, April 6, according to a post on their Facebook Page. The closure is out of precaution during the COVID-19 pandemic.
