Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department announced on Friday that the COVID-19 Risk Dial remains in red for the fourth week, indicating that the risk of the virus spreading in the community is severe.
On Wednesday, seven Ukrainian refugees settled in for their first night in their new country. Wednesday afternoon, they were reunited with family here in Lincoln. One of them saw his brother for the first time in 19 years.
